My daughter is turning 3. I finally have a need to buy 3 something t-shirts...and they're not available anymore?!?

You could try the carter facebook groups see if anyone has one they no longer need?

I should have got my little one a 3 Something T too, although I don't think they were available in pink which is all she likes these days.

I think the 03 will be available again soon. Pink is quite a good idea too

My wife ended up getting one made. Hope you don't hate us! My son turns 3 next July. I'd buy an official one for his birthday if they're available by then
