Bill Oddie's book

Postby happyhibbee » Wed Oct 22, 2008 9:17 pm

Ive been recommended Bill Oddie's book "one flew into the cuckoo's egg," Allegedly it's not about birdwatching but his life story supposed to be really funny. Ive booked it from the library so i will write a proper review when i have read it.

A wee joke "Bill oddie hell" (bloody hell?) well Mrs H laughed.

Let us know if it's good.

Bill Oddie is well cool. Springwatch and Autumnwatch are about the only programmes worth watching on the Beeb these days.

Autumn Watch starts on Monday. I imagine his book's quite good, you'll have to let me know if it's good enough to break my autobiography and biography dislike.

Did anyone see the Odster on BBC Breakfast a few weeks ago?

He absolutely slaughtered the presenter - Bill Turnbull? - during a live link and then kept pretending to be deaf!

Then he hammered him for being a Daily Mail reader, as he kept asking him questions about red squirrels being destroyed by their grey cousins.

Twas hilarious!
